Though we continue to grow, PMAC’s goal is to maintain a small-company feel.   We embrace teamwork and believe that each and every employee is a hands-on contributor to the success of our company.  While our main office in Chino Hills may present a large corporate feel, there is little in the way of corporate hierarchy as many people wear several hats. We all simply do what it takes to get the job done and enjoy the work that we do!

Therefore, we’ll provide you the tools you need to make your job easier. Our LenderLINK technology integrates all of the data, operations and communication resources required to originate and fund home loans…all accessible from any computer via a secure connection.

Flexible Work Arrangements
An 8-to-5 schedule isn’t always best for you and your family. That’s why we will work with you to create a flexible schedule that will meet your needs. Plus, there’s no reason to always be tethered to the office… Our LenderLINK technology enables us to deliver the office to you via the Internet for both your data and voice systems!

Business Casual
We want you to feel comfortable when you work, so unless you have a meeting with a client, you can say good-bye to formal business attire. All of our PMAC offices are business casual all year round.
