Simply Better Communication
At PMAC, we recognize how important communication is in our daily lives, so we make certain we effectively communicate with our customers, business partners, and our co-workers. Time is another thing that appears to have significance to all of us and for some reason we never have enough of it. So we asked ourselves; “What can we do as a company to address these two areas: to help our employees effectively disseminate information and manage their time at work?”
The answer to our question was…LenderLINK. LenderLINK is our proprietary, software that interfaces with PMAC’s mortgage banking software applications. This application is an integral part of our daily business regimen.
This tool provides all of the benefits of a world-class CRM allowing our Loan Professionals to:
- track new opportunities
- follow loans in progress in real time
- create follow up tasks and email reminders
- log and archive events, emails, faxes, phone calls and meetings
- manage past client database
- execute reports
- perform mail merge
Once a loan package has been submitted to processing, event-triggered auto-generated emails are sent out to the borrower(s) as well as to business partners, keeping everyone informed and up-to-date on the status of the loan.
