The answer to our question was…LenderLINK. LenderLINK is our proprietary, easy to use CRM software that interfaces with PMAC’s mortgage banking software applications. This application is an integral part of our daily business regimen. Our loan professionals utilize this tool to enhance the loan process experience for both their borrowers and their REALTOR® and business referral partners.

Once you have submitted a loan package to processing, event-triggered auto-generated emails are sent out to the borrower(s) as well as to business partners on your behalf, keeping everyone informed and up-to-date on the status of the loan.
