LenderLink EXPRESS^TM is an online service enabling mortgage rep, real estate, financial service professionals and individuals to offer home loans to their contacts without mortgage experience, any licensing and net-worth requirements and in a RESPA® compliant manner.

LenderLink Express is based on a simple web-based CRM (customer relationship management) software application that provides a set of simple tools which interface with PMAC’s Mortgage Banking Enterprise.

Through the web interface users can quickly initiate the loan process by submitting basic information into the application. A dedicated PMAC Account Executive automatically receives the information through their LenderLink Executive System to develops the initial loan information into a qualified loan. Once the mortgage loan is funded, the LenderLink Express user receives a sales commission for the worked they performed in the loan transaction.

LenderLink EXPRESS features a number of power full tools that provide a detailed daily accounting of all submitted loans, activities, history and email functions as well as updates of daily mortgage loan information.

All LenderLink Express users are non-qualified, part time, W-2 employees of PMAC and must adhere to all applicable state, federal and PMAC policies and procedures.

LenderLink Express is based on a powerful CRM (customer relationship management) software application that provides a set of advanced tools which interface with PMAC’s Mortgage Banking Enterprise.

As a dedicated PMAC Account Executive you have complete control of the loan selling, origination, management and pricing of the loan, thus ensuring higher quality, reduced costs and increased profitability. LenderLink EXECUTIVE features a number of power full tools that provide a detailed daily accounting of all submitted loans, activities, history and email functions as well as updates of daily mortgage loan information.

All LenderLink Express users are full time, W-2 employees of PMAC and must adhere to all applicable state, federal and PMAC policies and procedures.
